 Introduction
       As the important equipment on pellet production, SZLH508 pellet mill is specialized in pressing pellets for poultry and livestock feeding and common  fish feeding with an annual output of 24 thousand tons, and this equipment is suitable for large scale feed mills and aquaculture farm.
(Note: the calculated annual output is based on the following condition:   )             
           Material: corn;                
           Moisture: 12%;                  
           Diameter of ring die hole: Φ4mm                         
           Working hours: 8 hours per day, 200 day per year 

Pellet machine manufactures with high output, low noise, low energy consumption, long operating life, convenient operation, and has magnet to remove all the foreign matter. In addition, overload protection is also been added, which can ensure a safe and reliable operation. 
        Key part of transferring adopts high-quality bearing from Switzerland and Japan. Grinding is used in gear to ensure stability, low noise and transmission efficiency. 
        This mill adopts continuous variable motor to control rpm, making it easier to regulate. This can prevent uneven pelleting. It is also equipped with external discharging mechanism and pressure oil pump lubricating system.

     Operation Progress
       The following is the specific process of operation: prepared powder with about 13% of moisture comes into feeder screw (its rotational speed is adjustable) from hopper and next into mixer. After the stirring of shaft mixer and the mixing with steam, temperature of mixed powder will raise to 70~90℃, and moisture content to 15%. Then coming into feed chute and iron-attractive device, these powders will be purified since all foreign matter will be removed. Finally, all the powders will flow into pellet chamber, which is the place for press the pellets.

     Tips – Rollers and Adjustment
      Roller acts a very important role in making pellets, which can help powder material come into ring die holes by press them, so the gap between roller and ring die must be valued.
      Roller Shaft is eccentric; therefore the gap can be adjusted by rotating roller shaft. 
      The following is the process of the gap adjustment
1. Opening pellet chamber and loosening four bolts in stamper hood, holding the handles of stamper hood and moving clockwise to take off stamper hood.
2. Cleaning accumulations on the inside surface of die and surface of rollers.
3.  Loosening two lock screws and four retaining nuts on platen and rotating adjust screw. This can cause roller shaft driven by adjust gear and the gap can be varied.
4. If the rotating angle of adjust gear is too large to rotating further, the way that removing retaining pin and reversing the motion of adjust gear by 30° is another method of adjust the angle.
5. Attentions that if rotating direction is following the arrow direction on adjust gear, the gap between die and roller will be narrow; and vice versa.
6. It is very important to control the gap between die and roller. If the gap is too narrow, die and rollers will be severely worn; if too wide, the production will be affected, even cannot make pellet.
